Warranty

One-year unlimited mile warranty covers all rebuilt or remanufactured products sold by Straight Line Steering.

This is a limited 12-month warranty. Straight Line Steering, Inc. warrants its steering components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year beginning with the date of sale to first purchase at retail.

Straight Line Steering's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Straight Line Steering any part, or parts, which, within the warranty period, are determined by Straight Line Steering to be defective. All parts submitted for warranty consideration must be returned with all transportation expense repaid.

This warranty covers any parts furnished by Straight Line Steering but does not cover materials not furnished by Straight Line Steering, nor does it cover any labor performed outside Straight Line Steering. Straight Line Steering will not be held responsible for any charges for parts or labor not supplied by Straight Line Steering.

This warranty does not apply to products which have been altered or repaired outside of Straight Line Steering in any way so as, in the judgment of Straight Line Steering, to affect their operation. Nor does it cover products that have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or those operating under conditions for which they were not specifically designed. This warranty does not cover products that have been improperly installed nor does it cover products damaged by improper or contaminated hydraulic oil or lubrication. Failure to use or maintain proper levels of fluids, oil, and lubricants as recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle our component is used in will be considered willful damage and will not be covered under this warranty. Proof of proper maintenance is the owner's responsibility.

This warranty does not cover damage or corrosion due to accidents or damage caused by collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion or from objects striking the vehicle.

This warranty does not cover any economic loss including (without limitation) payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, storage, loss of vehicle use, vehicle rental expense, lodging, meals, or other travel costs.

Straight Line Steering has no obligation for reimbursement for labor or material charges for removal or replacement, installation of parts, adjustment, or any other work performed on the vehicle. This is our warranty, and no other warranties are given, expressed or implied.

This warranty shall be null and void if any part or assembly returned claimed defective has been disassembled or modified in any manner.
